Our warranty policy covers against manufacturing defects and damage outside of the bounds of wear-and-tear. Bench does not mend, repair, or alter items. We are unable to replace buttons, snaps, buckles, drawstrings, zipper-pulls, or similar.
For your convenience, the fastest way to make a claim is to use our returns and exchange portal. Please indicate warranty request as your reason for exchange and include photos showing the damage so we can validate your claim.
Bench reserves the right to reject any claims that have exceeded a reasonable lifespan and to determine between a defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
Warranty claims are only available for purchases made on Bench.ca.
For purchases made at 3rd-party retailers ie Costco, Mark's, Macy's, please contact their customer service department directly, as they will be best suited to assist you.
